WHAT TO DO?
After an initial welcoming moment, educators encourage the children's play process and set up the space in a way that is functional for the exploration of materials.
Each family will have the opportunity to move freely in the space according to the children's time and interests.
REMIDA Milan offers a wide selection of materials recovered from factories selected and set up especially for a target age range of 12 months to 5 years.
Rubbers, colorful fabrics, plastics and sensory areas are available to encourage the development of cognitive, motor and creative skills.
At REMIDA Milan, everyone adults and children play without shoes!
WHAT IS IT?
REMIDA, conceived in Reggio Emilia in 1996, is a project of the "Istituzione Nidi e Scuole d'Infanzia del Comune di Reggio Emilia" and "Iren Emilia", managed by the Fondazione Reggio Children - Centro Loris Malaguzzi. Around this experience, the REMIDA network was born, which today consists of 11 centers around the world, of which REMIDA MILAN is a part.
Since 2010, REMIDA Milano has been the centre of creative reuse of corporate waste materials, a place for research and experimentation of deconstructed material as an educational, cultural and relational mediator.

The set-up and materials change around two months, with the possibility of changes based on the scrap that is sourced from the companies.
- Can children under the specified minimum age participate?
It will not be possible for a child under the minimum age to participate in the activity. If a child under the allowed age accompanies a sibling in the target group, he or she does not pay the entrance and should be holded in arms or stay in the stroller.
