Travelling with awareness through the places we inhabit is a way of building meaningful relationships with the environment by transforming those places into places. 

An opportunity to explore and experiment heterogeneous ways of observing, encountering and documenting places, educational and otherwise, enhancing their possibilities in dialogue with the many intelligences of children

Monica Guerra is Professor at the Department of Human Sciences for Education, University Milano Bicocca. Interested in the role of Education as a vehicle for change, she is particularly concerned with models of school innovation and in and outdoor learning contexts. She is scientific director of Bambini magazine and founding chairwoman of the cultural association "Bambini e Natura".
